Hello!

I'm Sarah, a clinical Nutritional Therapist specialising in root-cause investigation and personalised, evidence-informed support for persistent symptoms, as well as structured support for long-term health optimisation. My approach combines detailed case analysis, nutritional strategy and functional testing and therapies.

I am qualified in Nutritional Therapy (CNM) from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, having completed three years of training including biomed, biochem and 250+ clinical hours. I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (mANP), the General Naturopathic Council (mGNC).

My work is grounded in clinical training, professional standards, and collaborative care alongside other healthcare providers, where appropriate. My focus is on building trust in the process,  creating clear, sustainable plans that support long-term health, rather than short-term fixes.

My clinic is both online and in person from Pocklington in York.

Approach and Values

I believe that transforming your health requires clinical depth, evidence-based strategy, and trust in your practitioner. I take a structured, root-cause approach to nutritional therapy, through careful investigation, analysis, and refinement over time. While my training and clinical knowledge guide the strategy, the person in front of me always comes first. I do not believe in quick fixes, oversimplified advice, cutting corners or fear-based messaging. My aim is to create a calm space where health concerns are explored in depth and supported with clarity.

Empowering you

My aim in clinic practice is to empower people to reconnect with and trust their own bodies. Many people have been conditioned to ignore or override internal signals of stress, fatigue, or imbalance. As an NT, I see my role as guiding and elevating my clients' own awareness and capacity for self-healing.

I aim to:

  • Encourage my clients to develop awareness of their physical and emotional cues

  • Help them understand the underlying drivers of symptoms and the biology behind them

  • Provide tools that support the body’s natural processes

  • Build confidence so they can make informed decisions about their health in to the future

Biological Seasons

Our bodies move through seasons, periods of challenge and stability, stress and recovery, hormonal transition and recalibration. For people living with chronic or long-standing conditions, support is rarely linear. There may be times when more focused input is needed, and other times when maintenance, nourishment, or a different area of health becomes the priority. My role is to understand the season your body is currently in and support it appropriately, whether that is stabilising digestive symptoms, navigating hormonal change, rebuilding after prolonged stress, or strengthening long-term resilience.

How I Work

Everything begins with an initial consultation in which I will evaluate your case history, current symptoms, and goals. Following this, we will discuss the best path forward for you whether that looks like single sessions or a structured, longer term programme. I offer short clarity calls so that you can ask any questions prior to booking an initial consultation.
