Testing and Therapies
I work with carefully selected laboratory and practitioner-only partners, choosing recommendations that are evidence-informed, proportionate, and aligned with your health goals. Explore the information below to learn more about the testing, products, and professional standards that form part of my practice.
Laboratories
Where testing is clinically relevant, I may suggest functional laboratory tests to help us explore underlying drivers of your symptoms and track progress over time. This may include blood tests (comprehensive), stool tests, hormone tests, OAT tests and more. We will always discuss whether it is relevant for your situation, and I will only recommend tests when they will meaningfully support your protocol and desired outcomes.
Partner laboratories include:
-
Nordic Laboratories
-
LifeCode GX
-
DUTCH
-
GutMapDX
-
...and more
Please note: Laboratory tests are paid for separately and are not included in consultation or programme fees.

Therapeutic products
When supplements or practitioner-grade products are appropriate, I work with carefully selected suppliers who prioritise quality, safety and manufacturing standards.
Product recommendations may include:
-
Nutraceutical supplements (e.g., vitamins, minerals, botanicals)
-
Targeted therapeutic foods, drinks and other nutrition products
I aim to keep recommendations clear and proportionate, focusing on what is most relevant and avoiding unnecessary complexity.
Brands and stores include:
-
Biocare
-
Cytoplan
-
Amrita
-
The Natural Dispensary
-
... and more
Please note: Products are paid for separately and are not included in consultation or programme fees, however I can offer excellent practitioner discounts.

Standards
I take a clinical, integrity-led approach to any testing or product recommendations.
-
I recommend only what supports your clinical picture and goals
-
Preference for reputable manufacturing and clear ingredient profiles
-
Avoiding “stacking” products unnecessarily
-
Clear biologically relevant explanation of why something is being recommended
-
You are always free to source alternatives, where appropriate
Partnerships
In some cases, laboratories or suppliers may provide practitioners with wholesale pricing, affiliate links, or a small commission on products purchased through practitioner portals.
Where this applies:
-
I will always prioritise clinical appropriateness over brand preference
-
You are never obliged to purchase through my links or portals
-
I am happy to discuss alternatives if you prefer to source elsewhere
-
My focus is to ensure any recommendations are responsible, relevant, and aligned with your health needs
